Buchanan County PSA remains committed to the service of our citizens and businesses. We will remain in operation throughout the Corona Virus Epidemic. It is our endeavor to supply water/ sewer services to the citizens of Buchanan County as uninterrupted as possible.

Our Lobby is open to the public at this time to make account changes, apply for leak adjustments, and payment of bills. New service is by appointment only please call our office for further assistance. We ask that if it is at all possible to use alternative payment methods that are established within our system. We ask that phone lines or online communication be utilized to every extent possible to conduct business or to ask questions.

Please refrain from close proximity contact with our field workers as they are performing their job requirements
